PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow instructions of a plurality of external devices to be inputted via communication ports. SOLUTION: This control device 1 comprises: a plurality of the communication ports S1, S2, S3 and S4 connectable to external apparatuses 4, 6 and 11; instruction interpretation parts 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d for decoding instructions of the external apparatuses received via the communication ports in accordance with a predetermined rule; and an instruction execution part 8 for executing the decoded instructions; and is used for controlling industrial apparatuses 9 and 10 by receiving the instructions of the external apparatuses. A plurality of instruction interpretation parts 7 are generated as tasks to connected to any of the communication ports S1, S2, S3 and S4 with the external apparatuses connected thereto.
