PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an alarm system and a mobile phone for improving a suppression effect of the occurrence of an accident. SOLUTION: The mobile phone has: a portable telephone location confirming means for calculating the moving direction and moving speed of each mobile phone by positional information sent from a plurality of mobile phones and notifying each mobile phone of an alarm to the effect that another mobile phone exists within a prescribed range defined for each mobile phone as well as the moving direction and moving speed of the existing mobile phone when the other mobile phone exists; and a control circuit for confirming if the moving direction of the other phone is the same as self-moving direction and whether a self-moving speed detected by an acceleration sensor exceeds a speed value stored in a storage circuit and transmitting a signal to perform deceleration to a control signal connector connected to an ECU in the corresponding case, when the alarm notification is received.
