PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal sheet equipped with a resin film having excellent corrosion resistance and further having other excellent characteristics, concretely excellent ablation resistance, the adhesion with a coating film, conductivity and alkali degreasing resistance. SOLUTION: The resin coated metal sheet comprising the resin film is obtained from a resin composition comprising an aqueous liquid of a carboxyl group-containing polyurethane resin and an aqueous dispersion of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, wherein the resin composition comprises at least one kind of a chelating agent selected from the group consisting of EDTA, DTPA, HEDP, EDTMP, NTA, HEDTA and salts of them in an amount of 0.1-5 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the solid component of the resin composition.
