摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct light measurement by using light of an appropriate luminescence wavelength based on light transmission property of a part to be measured and the like. SOLUTION: Excitation light emitted from a semiconductor laser 102 is made incident on an optical fiber 101 of which core is evenly dispersed with lead sulfide nanoparticle group controlled to have a radius 5.75 nm to 7.1 nm. The nanoparticle group is optically excited, fluorescence is emitted and a wide band low coherence light L1 of 1μm to 1.2μm, most appropriate for measurement of a living body and the like is emitted from an end of the optical fiber 101 and introduced to a fiber 204 of a fiber joint optical system 20. By controlling the radius of the nanoparticle group, light of intended wavelength band and spectral width can be emitted from a light source 10. In a fiber coupler 201, the low coherence light L1 is separated into a measurement light L3 to be radiated to a part 1 to be measured and a reference light L2. A measurement light L4 reflected by a predetermined deep part of the part 1 to be measured and the reference light 2 are coupled and light intensity of an interference light is detected by a balance difference detection part 50 and image processing is conducted to obtain an optical tomographic image.
