PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-phase carrier for immobilizing peptide that is evaluated easily and quickly, and also to provide a method for using the solid-phase carrier. SOLUTION: The solid-phase carrier for immobilizing peptide is a solid-phase carrier used when immobilizing the peptide onto a solid-phase surface, operating a physiological active substance specifically reacting with the immobilized peptide, and detecting the physiological active substance specifically reacting with the peptide or the specifically reacting peptide by using fluorescence, emission, or color development. The carrier has a polymer substance having a phosphorylcholine group and an active ester group on the solid-phase surface, while a solid-phase material is made of plastic.
