PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a cleanness of a space in a container conveying route surrounded by covers, to secure visibility, and to easily take out a defective container. SOLUTION: The covers 8a, 8b, 8c are provided along the conveying route for a container conveying conveyer 2 to cover an upper side and both sides of the container 4, and an inside of the space 14 is separated from an outside atmosphere. An observation section is provided in a midway of the conveying route, the covers 8a, 8b, 8c are removed in this portion, an illumination is installed in one side, air is blown from an upper side air diffusing port in the other side and is sucked into a lower side suction port, so as to form an air curtain, and the observation section is separated from the outside atmosphere by the illumination and the air curtain.
