PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biotissue treatment apparatus using an ultrasonic wave constituted so as to prevent liquid droplets from adhering to the inside of the lid of a treatment tank and capable of making a pathologic tissue specimen for histological diagnosis in a short time. SOLUTION: A heater 6 and a temperature sensor 7 are provided to a biotissue treatment apparatus using the ultrasonic wave and the heater 6 carries a current simultaneously with the turning-on of a power supply while the temperature of the heater 6 is monitored by the temperature sensor 7. When the temperature of the heater 6 exceeds 60°C, the passing of a current through the heater 6 is stopped and, when the temperature of the heater 6 becomes 59°C, the heater 6 carries a current to hold the same temperature of about 60°C as the treatment tank.
