PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial lock enabling a new conversion number to be arbitrarily set and enabling combination of adjacent numbers by rational constitution. SOLUTION: A member 31 on the drive side has a first rotor 32 having a mark M1 for dial number conversion on an external wall surface and having a first engaging part 35 for dial number conversion and a dial member 33 having a first engaged part 45 releasably engaged with the first engaging part 35. A member 51 on the rotator side is composed of two articles inserted into fitting holes 37, 38, 39, of the member 31 on the drive side and rotatably externally fitted to a central axis 47 provided in a base member. These two articles comprise a second rotor 52 having a second engaging part 58 for dial number conversion and a grip rotator 53 having a mark M2 for dial number conversion on the external wall surface and having a second engaged part 59 releasably engaged with the second engaging part 58.
