PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door which can be easily manufactured, which has sufficient strength, and which is excellent in design. SOLUTION: This sliding door equipment comprises the sliding door 1 which is arranged in an entrance, a sliding door frame member 4, and a door storage case 3 which is formed on one side of the sliding door frame member 4 so as to house the sliding door 1. In the sliding door equipment, the sliding door 1 is framed by using a lower frame 13, an upper frame 12 and both vertical frames 14 and 14; a decorative laminated sheet 15 is arranged on a surface; a core material 11 is mounted inside; an environment improving substance 11a is charged into or applied to the core material 11; an air inflow port 14a and an air outflow port 14b are opened on the side parts of both the vertical frames 14 of the sliding door 1, respectively; and an air circulation passage 20', which is connected to the air inflow port 14a and the air output port 14b, is formed between the surface of the core material 11 and the decorative laminated sheet 15.
