PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric having high moisture permeability and waterproof performance and an excellent feeling and fastness to washing. SOLUTION: The moisture-permeable waterproof fabric has a resin layer that is composed of a synthetic polymer consisting essentially of a polyurethane resin, has 10-40μm thickness and a substantially monolayer structure on one side of a fiber fabric, is provided with a large number of micropores formed in the resin layer and has a water vapor transmission rate of 7,000-12,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>24 hours and a water pressure resistance of 120-300 kPa.
