PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic silicon compound having a radically polymerizable group, by which the organic silicon compound having the radically polymerizable group can stably be produced without gelling during its production. SOLUTION: This method for producing the organic silicon compound having the radically polymerizable group (for example, methacryloyl, acryloyl, vinyl, styryl, or allyl group) is characterized by using an N-nitrosophenylhydroxylamine salt as a polymerization inhibitor.
