PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is superior in cosmetic effect such that the skin is tightened not only just after using the cosmetic but also some time after the use, and the skin texture is put in good order, and which is also superior in the feeling in use such that it spreads evenly and is not sticky. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is characterised by being formed by blending the following components; ethyl oleate (A), a surfactant (B), and water (C). Furthermore, a hohoba alcohol (D) is blended.
