PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for filtering fine foreign matter or the like in the inspiration without using a mask for covering the mouth and the nose. SOLUTION: The nasal drip-type liquid masking agent is formed so as to act for substituting the filtering function of the mask by enabling the nose itself to filter the fine foreign matter. The agent enables the fine foreign matter to be electrically captured at the vestibule part of the nose by nasally administering the liquid preparation obtained by mixing the fine powder of tourmaline to charge the hairs in the nostrils, the epidermis or the like with electricity by the attached tourmaline and to promote the capture of the fine foreign matter charged in the opposite pole in the inspiration. As a result, dust and fine suspended matter in the atmosphere can be blocked from invading into the body without using the mask of a cloth, a nonwoven fabric or the like to solve the problem caused by the mask covering the mouth and the nose.
