PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O/W/O type emulsion cosmetic which enables stabilized incorporation of a ceramide, excels in a feeling of use such as good spreadability and no stickiness, and excels in a moisturizing effect on the skin after its application. SOLUTION: The O/W/O type emulsion cosmetic is obtained by dispersing an O/W type emulsion composition comprising a ceramide and a phospholipid into an oil phase comprising a silicone surface active agent. The O/W/O type emulsion cosmetic is obtained by further incorporating a silicone oil into the outer phase oil of the above O/W/O type emulsion cosmetic. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
