PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket capable of surely and easily attaching to a rigid axle, and attaching to an air spring and an upper rod. SOLUTION: This bracket 8 for attaching an upper rod connects an rigid axle 4 with the other end 6b of an upper rod 6, and comprises a flat plate part 40 and a rod supporting part 41. The flat plate part 40 has a bottom face contacting the top face of a spring seat 7, and a top face for loading the air spring 5, and is fastened and fixed between the air spring 5 and the spring seat 7. A rod supporting part 41 stands from the end of the flat plate part 40, and connected with the other end 6b of the upper rod 6. The upper rod 6 is arranged at a highest position among a plurality of rods and below the bottom face of a side frame 3 under a condition that the other end 6b of the upper rod 6 is connected with the rod supporting part 41.
