PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of easily carrying out taking-in-and-out work of a bicycle by fixing a movable frame in pushing down the movable frame to the lowest level. SOLUTION: Guide rails projected to the inside are provided on both sides of an upper part of the fixed frame and the movable frame on a side part of which a roller is mounted is stored in the fixed frame. Additionally, an upper guide rail to guide the side part roller upward is provided in inclining the movable frame downward by drawing it out backward. Thereafter, a circular arc guide stopper projected upward is provided on an upper end part of the upper guide rail so that the side part roller and the guide stopper are engaged with each other in pushing down the movable frame to the lowest level.
