PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight board of good disposability, which is disposable, remarkably lightweight, and further holding toughness, heat insulation, hygroscopic and gas permeation properties. SOLUTION: The board is composed as follows. A solution of high molecular weight siloxane and silanol salts is applied to a desired thickness on an inner surface of an outer layer member comprising paper stocks such as paperboard, ordinary and Japanese papers; and another outer layer member is press-laminated. The above is heated so as to control its foaming between 5 to 30 in expansion ratio and to reach 100°C or more, thereby a silicon oxide state inorganic porous foamed layer is unified and firmly cemented with the outer layer members.
