PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcystis removing device which can easily entangle and remove microcystis, for example, generated in a water tank in which ornamental fishes etc. are bred, has a simple structure, and can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The microcystis removing device comprises a rotatable long operating rod 3 with a driving mechanism 2, a groove part 4 bored in the form of a curve so as to gradually approach the rotating center of the operating rod 3 from the surface along the longitudinal direction of the operating rod 3, and a tooth body 5 slidable in the direction advancing outside of the groove part 4 and in the direction moving backward to the inside of the groove part 4.
