Device for transportation and/or storage of people and objects e.g. in parking lots. The device is formed by a reticular structure (1) that defines a multiplicity of platform (5) parking locations (2) . The reticular structure is shaped by longitudinal (3) and transverse (4) guide bars on which bearing means (12) of the platforms (5) run. Each platform contains two load-carrier trays (6) arranged on longitudinal and transverse drive strips (7,8) . Each parking lot has drive means (15) for driving the platforms. The drive means are defined by a set of rollers (16,17) containing the drive strips (7,8) and being coupled to an electric motoreducer (20) . The drive means are linked to angular positioning means defined by a rotating plate (21) activated by an electric motoreducer (22) in such a way that when said plate turns 90°, in one sense or another, the platform's displacement direction is changed for translation thereof on the reticular structure. |
