A system that through complete automation of process flow, reduces contamination, thereby realizing not only quantitative determination of products but also suppression of defective occurrence. Providing a given number of sample containers as one unit, each unit is carried and fed to each dispensing/suction device and each reaction vessel. A reaction monitoring sensor is provided to ensure the quantitative determination and certainty of sample reaction/processing. A bar code is assigned to each of the sample containers so as to enable sample ascertainment. Any samples judged as being defective by the monitoring are returned to specified process point and subjected to reaction/processing once more.
