A folder-type mobile communication terminal is provided to be equipped with a hinge frame within an upper panel while an existing hinge holder is removed so that an upper section where a hinge unit is disposed can be reduced, consequently the terminal can be miniaturized. A hinge frame(60) is configured to receive a section of a hinge member header. An upper panel(100) is equipped with a hinge hole(110) for receiving a body of a hinge member. A lower panel(200) assembles the hinge frame(60) to fix the assembled hinge frame(60). The hinge frame(60) is fixed to the lower panel(200) by an assembling unit formed on the hinge frame(60) and an equivalent assembling unit formed on the lower panel(200).
