<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only generation output, corresponding to the generation power of a solar cell to enable inverse flow, in a system for combining the output of an engine generator with that of the solar cell for connecting to the system. <P>SOLUTION: A system power calculating section 20 calculates power supplied to a load from the system 4. When system power becomes an output control setting value CPV or higher, an inverter drive control circuit 22 drives a high-voltage inverter circuit 11 that allows power supply to generate an output. The output control setting value CPV is set to forward power (buying side) in the operation of only the engine generator 3. When the output power of the solar cell 1 is connected, the output control setting value CPV is changed to reverse power (selling side), according to the output power of the solar cell 1. When the output power of the solar cell 1 is large, reverse power flow to the system 4 is allowed, by changing the setting value CPV.
