<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an additional circuit unnecessary by using an n-channel driver transistor. <P>SOLUTION: By turning on transistors T1 and T2 and by turning off transistors T4 and T5, PVDD is supplied to one terminal of a sustain capacitor Cs and a data voltage Vdata is supplied to the other terminal and the sustain capacitor Cs is charged by a voltage of ¾PVDD-Vdata¾. Then, by turning on the transistors T1 and T2 and by turning off transistors T4 and T5, both terminals of the sustain capacitors Cs are connected to a gate and a source of a driver transistor T3, and ¾PVDD-Vdata¾ is applied between the gate and the source of the driver transistor T3 and a drive current corresponding to a data voltage is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
