PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter having satisfactory chromaticity and particularly capable of achieving high color purity even when used in a liquid crystal display device or the like of a large screen such as a display for a notebook computer or a television monitor, and to provide a colored photosensitive resin composition or the like to be preferably used in the color filter.

SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition of R, G or B including at least (1) an alkali-soluble binder, (2) a monomer or an oligomer, (3) a photoinitiator or a photoinitiator system, and (4) a colorant. As the colorant, a prescribed amount of a specific pigment is included. This includes the color filter or the like in which the colored photosensitive resin composition is used in forming the photosensitive resin layer of each R, G or B.
