摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing with good yield a dye-sensitized solar cell substrate which can prevent electric charge collected on a transparent electrode layer from moving again to an electrolyte of an oxide semiconductor layer. <P>SOLUTION: An inclusion layer 2' formation coating liquid which contains an organic substance and a metal oxide semiconductor particulate is applied on a heat-resistant substrate 1, and after solidifying, an oxide semiconductor layer 3' formation coating liquid having a higher concentration of the metal oxide semiconductor particulate in the solid content than the above inclusion layer formation coating liquid is applied on the inclusion layer formation layer 2, then after solidifying, by calcining, it is made into a porous body, and thereafter, a calcination process of forming an inclusion layer and an oxide semiconductor layer, a dense oxide semiconductor layer formation process for forming a dense oxide semiconductor layer on the oxide semiconductor layer, and a first electrode layer formation process for forming a first electrode are carried out, and then, a dye-sensitized solar cell substrate with a heat-resistant substrate is formed, and lastly, a separation process of separating the heat-resistant substrate of the dye-sensitized solar cell substrate with heat-resistant substrate from the inclusion layer is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
