PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-containing biaxially oriented styrene resin sheet with high rigidity, moldability and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The rubber-containing biaxially oriented styrene resin sheet comprises a styrene resin composition which contains at least a styrene graft copolymer prepared by graft polymerization of at least a styrene monomer onto a rubber component, and has a thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm (0.05-0.15 mm, in particular), when biaxially oriented with an oriented ratio of 1.2-5 times both in the longitudinal direction and in the horizontal direction. The rubber component contained in the styrene graft copolymer has a swelling degree (SI) of about 7.5-20, a graft ratio (g) of 1.8-5, a product (SI×g) of the swelling degree (SI) and the graft ratio (g) of 20-80 (20-60, in particular), and the average particle size of 0.5-10μm.
