PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transceiver whose generated voltage is discharged so as to protect elements in its converter from destruction even under an environment where a temperature change is caused and an excess force is exerted to the transceiver. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic transceiver 10 includes: an ultrasonic vibrator 2 with a positive side connection part 2a and a negative side connection part 2b; and a discharge purpose electric resistor 7, and the electric resistor 7 is connected between the positive side connection part 2a and the negative side connection part 2b so as to discharge the generated voltage from the ultrasonic vibrator 2.
