PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air liquefaction separation method and a device for reducing amount of power consumption further by using a heat exchange type distiller and a mixing tower. SOLUTION: This air liquefaction separation method comprises a process for introducing raw material air compressed, purified, and cooled into an air distilling passage of the heat exchange type distiller to obtain nitrogen concentrate and oxygen enriched air, a process for distilling the oxygen enriched air in a distilling tower to obtain low pressure nitrogen and rough oxygen, a process for sampling low pressure nitrogen as product low pressure nitrogen, a process for introducing the rough oxygen into an oxygen distilling passage of the heat exchange type distiller to obtain liquefied oxygen, a process for introducing the liquefied oxygen into the mixing tower after pressurization to bring it into air-liquid contact with a part of the raw material air, and a process for taking oxygen gas out of the mixing tower as a product and sampling it.
