PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sharing electronic handwriting annotation. SOLUTION: An ID detecting device 20 acquires a file ID from input image data generated by a scanner 18, and a document acquiring device reads an original image data. Then, an image differentiating device 24 generates a differential image data between the input image data and original image data. An annotation extracting device 28 separates each annotation included in the differential image data and a floating type judging device 30 categorizes each annotation when including a figure for assigning a specific place into a floating type. A backend 38 synthesizes and displays the annotation based on the original image data stored in a document storage 36, and the floating type annotation is displayed to assign the specific place even if the display position is changed.
