PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deformation of an end plate 37 generated in compression process of a rotary compressor 10. SOLUTION: A delivery valve mechanism 50 provided on the end plate 37 of the rotary compressor 10 consists of a poppet valve provided with a valve seat 50c which consists of a side wall of a delivery passage, a valve element 50a movable in an axial direction of the delivery passages 51, 52 and an elastic member 50b energizing the valve element toward the valve seat 50c.
