PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control device for an internal combustion engine capable of being mounted on a vehicle and reducing NOx emission. SOLUTION: This device is used for an internal combustion engine introducing intake gas to a combustion chamber 106, supplying hydrogen to intake gas flowing into the combustion chamber 106, and obtaining output by combustion of air fuel mixture having intake gas and hydrogen mixed, and is provided with a nitrogen gas enrichment introduction device 3 introducing nitrogen-enriched air (a) to intake air A. The nitrogen enrichment introduction device 3 is provided with a nitrogen permeable film 31a selectively permeating nitrogen composition in air. It is preferable to enrich nitrogen composition on a side introducing intake gas A to the combustion chamber 106 by the nitrogen permeable film 31a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
