PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a double oil pan preventing a crack of an inner pan, and excellent in sealability. SOLUTION: Since a projected wall housing space 56 is formed between and an outer pan 11 and both opening ends 12, 52 of an engine 50 and a projected wall 25 of the inner pan 20 is loosely fitted in the projected wall housing space 56, the inner pan 20 is held by the outer pan 11 and the engine 50 with a state where relative heat deformation of the inner pan 20 with respect the outer pan 11 and the engine 50 is allowed. Therefore, internal stress caused by heat deformation in the inner pan 20 is not susceptible to occurrence, and the crack of the inner pan 20 can be prevented. Since parts close to the outside of the opening ends 12, 52 of the outer pan 11 are mutually abutted, degradation in sealing performance caused by creep deformation of the inner pan 20 does not occur, unlike the related art.
