PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of underpants convenient in normal life of a healthy person, needless to say, and usable in common widely in changing the underpants of a patient on a bed and also changing the underpants of a handicapped person who cannot freely move the body, and enabling a wearer to change anytime and anywhere without taking off other clothes. SOLUTION: This pair of underpants has a contact and separation part crossing the insertion opens of both the legs and set on a thigh part joining a front body covering the belly to a back body covering the hip. The underpants can be taken off by completely changing the shape of the underpants to a cylindrical shape by opening the contact and separation part, extending a waist belt and going beyond the outside of clothing in both the upper and lower directions.
