PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface machining device capable cutting an inner plane and an inner spherical surface by rotating a work. SOLUTION: This inner surface machining device for a hollow work includes: a spindle stock 11 rotatably supporting a spindle 21 for driving the hollow work W in rotation; a tail stock 12 disposed opposite to the spindle stock; machining units 40, 50 holding tool shanks 42, 52 to be movable in the radial direction; a pair of unit holding arbors 25, 31 provided on the spindle stock and the tail stock to move forward and backward, thereby unrotatably holding the machining units inserted in the hollow work from both sides; an axial direction moving means 48 for moving the machining units in the axial direction by the cooperation of the paired unit holding arbors; and a radial direction moving means 47 for moving the tool shanks in the radial direction through the interior of one unit holding arbor.
