PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rate of error of a spring pressure by accumulation dimension error of an associated part since urging of a rotation drive member is performed using an elastic member with large stroke and height of an engagement tooth of the rotation drive member can be increased according to magnitude of the stroke. SOLUTION: The over-load prevention device is provided with a drive shaft 2 for driving a load sieve 1; a pressure-receiving member 4 attached to the drive shaft 2; a drive member 10 for transmitting drive force from an operation means 9 to the drive shaft 2 through the pressure-receiving member 4; the rotation drive member 11 provided with a means for transmitting the drive force from the operation means 9 to the drive member 10 and releasing the engagement with the drive member 10 when torque of a predetermined torque value or more is applied to the operation means 9; a spring member 12 wound on the drive member 10 between the rotation drive member 10 and the operation means 9; and a spring press 13 engaged with the drive member 10 and pressing an end of the spring member.
