PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading information preparing device capable of reducing transportation cost by improving efficiency of loading conveyance objects on a transportation container regardless of a skill of an operator, capable of grasping the exact transportation cost and schedule early, and capable of transporting the transportation containers (especially each kind of containers) in a systematic manner. SOLUTION: The device 1 comprises a pallet determination means 2a for determining a pallet P used in one transportation container based on the conveyance objects W as an objects to be loaded, a conveyance object loading pallet indicating means 2b for carrying out simulation of loading the conveyance objects on the pallet determined by the pallet determination means and indicating the conveyance object loading pallet PW in one transportation container, and a loading instruction information preparing means 2c for preparing loading instruction information with regard to the conveyance object loading pallet in one transportation container indicated by the conveyance object loading pallet indicating means.
