The processor is programmed to intercept ( 202 ) a calling party prior to the calling party accessing a service center, inform the calling party of a survey request, receive ( 208 ) from the calling party acceptance or rejection of the survey request, transfer ( 206 ) the calling party to the service center, and engage ( 214 ) the calling party in a survey after the calling party completes one or more tasks at the service center so long as said calling party chose to accept the survey request.
