<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an overall cost and improve functionality and convenience by integrating a conventional building management system and a security system. <P>SOLUTION: The system integration is achieved in such a manner that a building management system (BMS) 1 includes a security system 2. The building management system (BMS) 1 receives information on the management of entering/leaving persons, etc. as security information from the security system 2, and displays the security information on a monitoring screen which is integrated with a screen displaying information on the operational status of equipment items of the building. The system associates the security information with the information on the operation method of the equipment items of the building corresponding to the security information and records them to a database, and controls the operation of the equipment items of the building in correspondence with the security information.
