摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve physical properties such as the strength or the like of a carbon fiber reinforced polyolefin resin. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-treated, long carbon-fiber-reinforced resin pellets are obtained by subjecting long carbon-fiber-reinforced pellets (mentioned below) to heat treatment at a temperature T of 50-160&deg;C for a time t of 0.1-100 hours. The above long carbon-fiber-reinforced pellets are obtained by impregnating a long carbon-fiber (B), which is surface-treated with a sizing agent (s) having a functional group that is reactant with an acid group, with an acid group-containing polyolefin resin (A), which has an acid amount of 0.05-0.5 wt.% on the average in maleic anhydride equivalent, so that the weight ratio of the long carbon-fiber (B) may be &ge;5 wt.% and <50 wt.% in a total of the above (A) and (B), and the long carbon-fiber-reinforced resin pellets are ones wherein the carbon fibers are aligned parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pellets in the same length and the length of the carbon fibers is 4-50 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
