<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inspection variations in a multi-capillary electrophoresis system. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-capillary electrophoresis system comprises: a multi-capillary array including a plurality of capillaries filled with both a sample and a separation medium for separating the sample and comprising both sample inlet parts formed at one ends of the capillaries and a detection part for acquiring information dependent on a separated sample; a means for applying a voltage between the sample inlet parts and the detection part; a chamber part, provided with both an air blowing mechanism and a temperature adjusting mechanism; a capillary housing part, provided for the leeward side of the air blowing mechanism for housing the multi-capillary array; and a first straightening plate provided between the chamber part and the capillary housing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
