<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic composition with which low temperature sintering is possible, whose strength is high and further, with which a ceramic wiring board providing low dielectric loss in a high frequency region is obtainable, and further, joining with a high-frequency material is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic composition contains a diopside crystal (CaMgSi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>6</SB>) as a principal component and is compounded with a boron component and a group V element component as sub-components. Bismuth is preferably used as the group V element component. Further, the ceramic composition preferably contains an alkali metal component at 0.1 to 1.5 parts by mass in terms of an oxide, and/or a zirconium component at 0.25 to 4.0 parts by mass, in terms of an oxide per 100 parts by mass of the principal component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
