<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a tag test at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, an image processing part takes an image of a tag sheet using an infrared camera and compares the pick-up data with a reference tag pattern in a storage part, and a defective tag detection part detects a defective tag based on the comparison result. A radio transmitting and receiving part collectively reads, using anti-collision function, the tag sheet, a response counting part counts the responses, and the defective tag detection part compares the identification number acquired through the image processing part with this responses. When the both are not matched, the tag sheet is partially shielded through a shielding plate control part, and collective reading using anti-collision function is repeated while changing the shielding range, whereby defective tags is narrowed down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
