<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head having a clear printed pattern formed on the surface of a metal golf club head by an ink jet printing means and forming a decorative layer with superior durability preventing the peeling and abrasion for a long period of time, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The whole body or a part of the surface of the material 1 of this golf club head 10 is formed with: the decorative layer 5 including a silver nitride layer 2 formed by silver nitride processing, a base coat layer 3 formed on the surface of the silver nitride layer 2, and an ink jet printing layer 4 formed on the surface of the base coat layer 3 by ink jet printing; and a transparent or translucent protection layer 6 on the surface of the ink jet printing layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
