<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when displaying preview screens for a plurality of data. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor sets windows displayed on a display device for registered application software, as preview objects, and stores managing information for each window in a table. In accordance with the storage contents of the table, a button corresponding to each window is displayed on a screen G1 and a button corresponding to each application software is displayed on a screen G2. When the button in the screen G1 is clicked, the preview screen GP for user data to be handled by the window corresponding to the button is displayed on a screen G4.
