PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of any workload for a copy setting file to be imposed on a user, and the improvement of working efficiency and the increase of the applicability of each form and the reduction of management costs.

SOLUTION: This form preparation method comprises an automatic preparation step for automatically preparing a copy setting file where a plurality of forms such as an invoice or a delivery form are copied and set in an operation for carrying out copy print by overlapping data defined by page units on the copy setting file.
