PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cleaning sheet and a film which adheres also to an adherend having various kinds of curved surfaces by a stainproof material having excellent stainproof characteristic and flexibility. SOLUTION: The invention provides a copolymer composed of a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a composition containing a compound (I) represented by the general formula (1): CH<SB>2</SB>=C(-G)-C(=O)-N(-J)-Q [wherein G is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; J and Q are independently a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, -CH<SB>2</SB>OH, -CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>OH, -CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>OH or -CH<SB>2</SB>CH(OH)CH<SB>2</SB>OH except when combination of J with Q becomes a hydrogen atom and a hydrogen atom, a hydrogen atom and a methyl group and a methyl group and a methyl group at the same time], a compound (II) having at least one hydroxy group and two (meth)acryloyloxy groups in the molecule and a di(meth)acrylate compound (III), and application of a stainproof material composed of the copolymer.
