PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate comprising a liquid crystal polymer film and metal foil which does not wave and is excellent in flatness in good productivity. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the laminate, the film of the liquid crystal polymer which forms an optically anisotropic molten phase and the metal foil are laid to overlap each other to produce the laminate. A laminate which is formed in the first process by hot-pressing the film and the foil and can be wound and conveyed, while being crosslinked and conveyed, is heated at a temperature lower by 10°C than the melting point of the liquid crystal polymer in the second process. Behind a position where the temperature of the laminate reaches the highest point by heating, the crosslinked/conveyed laminate is pressed/biased to be bent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
