PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of burr falling off to cause operation failure or the like in a resin molded product obtained by the insert molding of a part. SOLUTION: In the resin molded product 1 obtained by the insert molding of the part 2 in a resin, guide holes 3 are formed in the periphery of the part 2 and resin films 4 are formed to the peripheral surface of the part 2 along the guide holes 3. Each of the resin films 4 has an almost linear or almost spot-like thin-walled part 4a and the cross-sectional shape parts (arcuate cross-sectional parts 4b and 4c) continued to the thin-walled part 4a to gradually increase in thickness.
