PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform monitoring and tuning to database (DB) access in service units. SOLUTION: DB Access means 11 successively executes, when a processing request including a service name is inputted from a user terminal, each component A, B, C constituting the service, and performs DB access according to a change SQL text when the change SQL text to the component under execution is stored in a storage part 3 in conformation to the service name, and according to a SQL text in the component when it is not stored. The processing time or the like is stored in a storage part 4 as statistic information specified by an session ID with the user terminal and the service name. When an SQL change instruction including a service name, a component name, and a change SQL text is input, a monitoring/tuning control part 2 stores them in the storage part 3.
