PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add lyric data to a song piece prepared by a karaoke recording system and to transfer the song piece with the lyric data to a user's portable music player to utilize the song piece. SOLUTION: Karaoke data include accompaniment music data and first lyric data. Display control data for karaoke playing are annexed to the first lyric data. Song piece data include music data with singing voice and the second lyric data. Display control data for a portable music player are annexed to the second lyric data. Song piece data are prepared by combining the music data with singing voice recorded by a recording means and the second lytic data of the music piece and stored in a storage means.
